What’s included:

 

30 or 60 minute sessions

Both 30 minute & 60 minute training sessions are available at my studio in Overland Park, KS. Each workout is tailored to you & your goals!

body fat testing

I do a 9-site skin fold measurement to test body fat either bi-weekly or monthly. This is a great method to track progress (and seeing body fat vs muscle) without focusing solely on the scale.

monthly nutrition

nutrition is 80% of fitness success! We will talk about nutrition during each session & you will receive a monthly nutrition guide via email as well.
