Meet Katie

Hi, I’m Katie! Besides a personal trainer & yoga teacher, I’m also a police wife, cat mom, adventure seeker, nature lover, holistic health obsessed & camping connoisseur! Both anxiety & depression led me to the gym back in high school… I wanted to be a personal trainer to help others with their mental health as fitness has helped me over the years. I got my personal training certification when I was 19 and haven’t looked back since (whoa 13 years in the industry - where does time go?!) I can’t wait to be a part of your fitness & health journey!
